1. Prevention of paint rust: When the bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is very easy to take the iron filings generated during the dynamic balancing into the inside of the bearing, so it is better to perform dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease in the bearing chamber for lubrication effect during assembly. However, it is often difficult for operators to control the amount. If a large amount of oil or grease accumulates in the bearing chamber, it will be very difficult when the bearing moves. Wait to enter the bearing along the shaft. It is good not to apply oil or grease to the bearing room. If it is not possible to apply it, it must be controlled not to accumulate in the bearing room.
Second, the prevention of assembly foreign matter: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, if the assembly is not properly assembled, it will cause damage to the bearing channel and cause damage to the bearing. When assembling the bearing, there should be a special mold, which can not be knocked at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can receive force, and when a large circle is pressed, only a large circle can receive force. When assembling, air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required. The upper and lower molds should be outside the horizontal state during press-fitting. If there is a tilt, the bearing channel will be damaged due to the force, and the bearing will produce noise.
3. The assembly method of the bearing: After the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should move and be flexible without a sense of blocking. If there is obvious inflexibility, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance needs to be lowered. If the bearing is pressed into the shaft and there is an obvious "sand" feeling with manual bomb, the tolerance of the shaft may be too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing chamber, the roundness should also be controlled. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, but do not control the roundness.
4. Selection and control of tolerances of shafts and bearing chambers: The life of bearings is closely related to manufacturing, assembly, and use, and every link must be done well in order to keep the bearing in a reliable running state, thereby extending the use of the bearing life.
