        1. The equipment host must be installed in a clean, dry, and air-cleaned computer room. The temperature of the computer room should be kept above 0°C to prevent sunlight and rain from affecting the normal operation and service life of the equipment.


        2. The equipment should be placed on the cement concrete foundation, can bear the unit weight, and bear the uniform force, not produce big vibration and noise.


        3. The installation site should be far away from heat, steam and exhaust gas sources.


        4. There should be enough space around the equipment for daily maintenance and repair.


        5. In order to reduce the vibration of the machine, it is necessary to install shock-absorbing pads and foot fixing screws.


        6. After the unit is fixed in place, remove the fan foot fixing plate before commissioning to make the fan baffle work.




How to effectively prevent corrosion?


         The special heat pump dehumidification air conditioner for swimming pool has been operating in corrosive environment for a long time. In order to improve the service life of the dehumidification heat pump, it is necessary to improve the anti-corrosion performance of the unit itself. Take the heat pump dehumidification air conditioner dedicated to the Nestle series swimming pool as an example, the constant temperature condenser of the pool water needs to keep constant contact with the pool water. Due to the high corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger, when the pH of the water is maintained at 7.2-7.8 and the chlorine concentration in the water is less than 5ppm, the heat exchanger will not be corroded. But in fact, some automatic chlorination can lead to excessively high chlorine concentration in the pool water, leading to corrosion of the heat exchanger.


         Commonly used chlorination machines are pipeline type and pressure type. Install a pipeline chlorinator on the circulating pipeline after the swimming pool is heated. The high-pressure chlorinator introduces a small amount of water from the high-pressure side of the pump, plus chemicals, and the water is diluted and sent to the swimming pool. When the pump and the system are running, there will be no corrosion problems. But when the pump stops running, a large amount of high-concentration chlorine gas may be injected into the chlorinator and the connecting pipe, and then sent to the heat exchanger. At this time, necessary precautions must be taken for the automatic chlorination machine, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the heat pump.




        1. Pressure type chlorinator: This type of chlorinator requires an overhaul valve at the inlet pipe of the chlorinator to prevent chemicals from being transferred to the heat exchanger when the pump stops running. The service valve must have high corrosion resistance.


        2. Tubular chlorinator: This chlorinator is installed in the return pipe between the pool heat exchanger and the pool. In general, it is recommended to place the chlorinator as far as possible from the heat exchanger, and install an overhaul valve between the heat exchanger and the chlorinator.


        3. Drop-in chlorinator: liquid or granular chemicals should not be directly added to the separator. These particulate matter are sucked into the filter and form high concentrations of chemicals, which damage the filter and heat exchanger.




         The safest method of water treatment is manual operation, that is, regular use of chemicals away from the dispenser and bottom pipes. It is very safe and easy to put chemicals in a container with flowing water. No matter which water treatment method is used, there are many factors that affect water quality, so it is necessary to conduct regular water quality testing.




Daily maintenance:


        During the overhaul of the water treatment project, the backwashing process of the swimming pool filter system is unreasonable, which will cause the operation failure of the special heat pump dehumidification air conditioning equipment for the swimming pool. In order to avoid the occurrence of failures, taking the Nestlé series of swimming pool dedicated heat pump dehumidification air conditioners as an example, the maintenance operation during the backwashing process of the swimming pool filter is briefly introduced.




When preparing to backwash:


        1. First, turn off the dehumidification heat pump equipment;


        2. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the dehumidification heat pump;


        3. Refer to the operating instructions of the swimming pool filter, start and operate the backwash;


        4. To restore the normal water circulation, it needs to run continuously for 10 minutes to reduce the air in the system;


        5. Open the two water valves of the dehumidification heat pump equipment;


        6. The water pressure of the filter should be 15psi or higher;


        7. Open the exhaust port on the water outlet pipe and check whether the water circulation through the dehumidification heat pump equipment is completed;


        8. Check and set proper water flow;


        9. Start the dehumidification heat pump equipment;




Equipment maintenance


       1. All access doors of the equipment are equipped with metal locks. When opening the access door, first loosen the hex screw in the lock with an Allen key, and then rotate the lock 90 degrees to the right; when closing the access door, use the opposite operation.


       2. Clean the air filter regularly. There is a small inspection door on the front and back of the main engine, which can be opened when the machine is stopped, and then the filter can be drawn out. Take the filter to the faucet and rinse it in the opposite direction to the windward side (Caution: Do not knock the filter!)


       3. Regularly check the disconnection performance of the air leakage switch of the heat pump main power supply: after pressing the air leakage test button on the air leakage switch, the air leakage switch changes from a closed state to an open state. This action should be checked under shutdown and no-load conditions.


       4. Regularly check the disconnection performance of the flow switch: in the shutdown state and the power off state, open the flow switch cover, then start and stop the water pump, and check whether the flow switch is closed when the water pump starts, and disconnected when the water pump stops.


       5. Regularly clean the air-cooled condenser fins: spray anti-corrosion film on the fins. Strong acid, strong alkali or forced cutting will damage the anticorrosive film. It is strictly forbidden to clean the condenser with strong acid, strong alkali or forced cutting. The correct cleaning method is to clean the heat sink with a detergent mixed with warm water, and then gently scrub the heat sink with a soft brush. The heat sink is easily damaged and should be cleaned carefully.


        6. Weeds and garbage around the air condenser should be treated in time to prevent foreign matter from being sucked in by the air condenser and blocking the air inlet, which will seriously affect the heat dissipation.


        7. Regularly clean the air inlet filter of the electric box and the water inlet filter of the pool water constant temperature condenser.
